How long does it take for DOS to troubleshoot my printer?

The DOS service standard is a three-hour response time for on-site calls. DOS has also solved many issues remotely within 30 minutes of receiving the call. We aim to respond to emergency service requests and restore your print fleet as quickly as possible to maintain productivity.
